Brooke followed this with a collagen face mist. Collagen has lots of benefits when it comes to anti-ageing.
It promotes new cell growth which can help to give strength and elasticity to the skin.
People naturally start to lose collagen in their 30s so taking it as a supplement or applying it to the skin can help with the effects of ageing after this time.
Brooke continued her skin care routine with under eye patches and a hydrating serum.
She explained skin care was not a priority in her younger years and she used to follow her mother's mantra of soap, water and moisture.
"It didn't become a personal choice until later on in life," she told Vogue.
"When I started appreciating the ritual of it, the products and really just.. my skin needed it. Everything is a little lower than it used to be."
The actress added a retinol and moisturiser to her skin and used a face roller to promote "circulation" and "wake up" her skin.
