These televisions have been restored at Asda's electrical returns centre using recycled materials, with clear packaging indicating their refurbished status.
The move aims to offer more affordable options to customers whilst supporting the circular economy and reducing environmental impact.
The refurbished TVs are being offered at significantly reduced prices, with potential savings of up to £80 for customers.
A 32" model is available for £100, a 40" for £130, and a 50" for £160.
Vice president of general merchandise at Asda Lisa Lennon said: "Increasing the longevity of our products and supporting the circular economy has its clear environmental benefits and can also be a way for us to provide more affordable options to more of our customers."
She added that the trial is "already proving very popular" in the stores where it has launched.
This initiative comes as part of Asda's commitment to environmental sustainability and affordability.
