'Patronising!' Steve Miller blasts nutritionist 'sermons' - 'People know what to eat!'

Ex-Fat Families host Steve Miller has hit out at ‘patronising’ nutritionists, claiming their mixed messages are only serving to exacerbate weight troubles in Britain.

Speaking to nutritionist Olivia Parry, Miller argued that sometimes unhealthy foods every now and then are beneficial, pushing in favour of an ’80/20’ approach.
