“You can’t sit around watching television instead of going out to the gym or whatever.
“You will never be able to look after your family and everything you’ve worked for, you will lose it.
“The most important thing you can do with your life is every hour, do something active. I’m sitting here on a bouncing ball to do my work at my desk, and my desk lifts up.
“We spend so much time at the desk, it’s important that you invest in your health and movement, otherwise the muscles collapse and they lose their strength. I believe everyone can change the way they sit.

“Andrew, you should be imagining an orange between your shoulder blades, squeeze out the orange.
“If we do that every hour, you can change your outlook on life and you don’t have to do much.”
Evans went on to comment that size often does not matter as adhering to a healthy lifestyle is the most important thing to do.
“You can be a large person who is as active as anybody else”, he said.
“The most important thing is exercise. I realise that the mental side of what we do is critical. If you don’t engage, even if you go to the gym, you will never see improvements.
“I tell you what else is a crime, we have all of these gyms but there is never a queue to go in.”
Andrew and Bev went on to gawp at Mr Motivator’s physique as he signed off the GB News interview by showing off his remarkable muscles.
The 71-year-old was a regular feature on GMTV in the ‘90s giving advice on exercise and following a healthy lifestyle.
He told the Loose Ends podcast that ‘times have changed’ and people are growing too sensitive when it comes to comments about their weight amid growing obesity rates.
