One centenarian recently revealed that what she believes to be the secret behind her long and healthy life is a daily green juice packed with nutritious ingredients.
The 102-year-old is the grandmother of TikToker Tay Gusta and credits her longevity to the variety of healthy greens that go into her daily drink.

When asked about her secret in a recent clip, she shared her special recipe: "I make a green juice which is aloe vera, celery, kale, ginger and powdered greens."
The health-conscious grandma explained that the final ingredient is easy to source from different shops.
"This comes in a can and I get it at the health food stores, I put one teaspoon [in the juice]," she shared. "There are different brands but you can get it at the grocery store."
The centenarian noted that her commitment to healthy habits has spanned many years.
"Everybody always says that the secret to you living so long is how healthily you've eaten," her granddaughter acknowledged.
While nothing can completely guarantee longevity, green powders have long been used as a nutritional supplement because they are packed with vitamins that support immune system function.
They also offer a convenient way to boost daily nutrient intake where there may be nutritional gaps in one's diet.
