The N-Dubz singer fled Australia just hours after she was eliminated from the ITV series

N-Dubz star Fazer – real name Richard Rawson - has revealed that his former bandmate Tulisa Contostavlos is doing well after her early exit from I'm A Celebrity, confirming she's happily settled back home.

The singer, 36, was the third star voted out of the jungle and sparked concern when she snubbed the show's final, instead returning to the United Kingdom.

The singer deleted all traces of her I'm A Celebrity experience from social media after her departure from Australia.

However, according to her bandmate, she has settled back into her normal routine as he told MailOnline: "She's good. She's happy, she's happy to be home. She's getting ready for Christmas, ordering her turkey and stuff so all good."

Fazer shared that he supported Contostavlos throughout her jungle journey until her elimination, saying: "We watched it until she got kicked out and then I stopped watching! There was no need for me to be watching this anymore."

He praised her authentic performance on the show, noting: "I think she held herself well and she came across really genuine."

There were initial suggestions she had fallen out with friends managing her social media after all her posts were deleted, which she later denied.

Contostavlos explained she felt "overwhelmed" by the attention, and told her followers: "When I first came out of the jungle, I felt fine first of all and then that evening... I started to feel a little bit overwhelmed."

Insiders claimed she left Australia over struggles with her mental health.

When Tulisa first entered the jungle, she faced criticism from trolls commenting on her appearance, unaware she suffers from Bell's Palsy.

The neurological condition causes temporary facial paralysis or weakness on one side of the face.

Fazer strongly defended his bandmate against the cruel comments, telling the same publication: "People are always gonna say something. People that haven't had something like that wouldn't understand anyway."

He praised her courage in discussing the condition, adding: "All credit to her for speaking about it and giving her truth. I respect that."

The rapper maintains a similar attitude towards online criticism himself, stating: "I just don't care what people think about me."

While Fazer enjoyed watching Contostavlos in the jungle, he disputed her account of how N-Dubz originally formed.

During the show, she told her campmates that Dappy – real name Costadinos Contostavlos - initially wanted to be a solo star before Uncle B suggested forming a group, offering her £50 to join.

However, Fazer recalled a different version: "Me and Dappy had already started making songs together in secondary school and we needed a singer.

"Dappy said my cousin sings so we tried to get her into the studio and she's like, 'no, I don't wanna come to the studio. I wanna be a solo singer’.”

According to Fazer, it was Contostavlos who had solo ambitions before Uncle B's £50 offer convinced her to join.
