Tiffany Haddish has been blasted by her social media followers after she posted a clip of herself stating she “didn’t believe” everything she had heard about the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.
Nursing an orange juice in her first-class pod, Haddish noted she was “sleepy as hell” ahead of her 16-hour flight out of Los Angeles – preparing for what she was about to witness.
Addressing her 7.4 million Instagram followers, she revealed she was planning on visiting Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and the Dead Sea to enlighten herself on the conflict which began in October 7, 2023.
The conflict kicked off when Hamas gunmen stormed into Israel and killed 1,200 people, firing thousands of rockets.
Revealing her reason to fly to Israel, the comedian explained: “This is an educational trip for me. I’m gonna learn about the politics.
“See, I feel like I can’t believe [what] I see, everything on the internet. I need to go for myself, I’m one of those people.

“I’m gonna go see for myself, I’m gonna go see, I’m gonna go see all of it, I’m gonna ask questions – see with my own eyes.”
Further angering her followers, she added: “I know a lot of stuff on social media be not true because… I see stuff people say about me, and I live my life – I’m living my life and I’m like, ‘That’s not what I said, that’s not true’.”
The Girls Trip star said she wanted to form her own opinion based off experience before she spoke publicly about the topic, adding that she’s personally heard from people on both sides.
Haddish defended her reason for flying over and added that she would show her follows the scenes whilst she was there, trying to find out what was “going down”.
Tiffany Haddish infuriated her followers
Many of her followers claimed she was “clowning for clout” and described her manner to be “too cavalier” – blended with a few wishing her a safe trip.
One user fumed: “Go to Gaza, Not just Tel Aviv. Then come back and report. Otherwise it’s like just going to Wall Street and saying you’ve seen all of New York.”
“The fact that you can fly and ‘holiday’ in Israel but Gaza is pretty much destroyed gives you all the information you really need. This isn’t war, its genocide,” another slammed.
Unhappy with her reasoning, a third expressed: “Yeah I’m out. You’re on the wrong side of history #FREEPALESTINE.”

“Girl, you better be joking. This s*** isn’t funny and very disappointing,” one of her fans penned, before another ranted: “Do some work to learn about the harms of white supremacy and settler colonialism in Palestine. White Europeans stole the land of indigenous Palestinians and murdered or displaced most of them.
“Palestinians continue to live under occupation and settler colonialism to this day. Palestinians are continuing to be ethnically cleansed by Israelis. We are witnessing a genocide committed by the Israeli military against the Palestinian people live.”
