Stephen Dixon and Ellie Costello spilled some behind-the-scenes secrets this week as they shared their morning with GB News members on Friday.
From preparing for the show in the make-up room to setting up in the studio, watch their very early start to the morning in the video above.
"Good morning GB News members, it is 4.41 am and I am in make-up," Ellie told viewers.
She explained she wakes up at 3 am and spends her journey into the studio catching up on the latest news.
Ellie said: "In the taxi, I use that as an intensive time to go through all of the news websites, jot down notes on my phone - interesting analysis or comments from people that have come through overnight. It's actually my favourite time in the morning because it's so peaceful."

On reacting to news breaking overnight, she said: "This morning I was listening to an American podcast to try and get the American perspective on Trump being found guilty in this hush money trial. That was really interesting.
"I do try and come in having read through all of the major news websites and perhaps listen to a podcast when I need it as well.
Ellie explained she then heads into hair and make-up, where some of the Breakfast producers brief her while she gets ready.
"It's a very intense hour or so of very intensive prep," she said.
Ellie explained breaking news the night before meant the running order to the show had had to be changed at the last minute.
She also invited GB News members to see behind the scenes while she filmed a video about what was coming up on the show.
As she poured herself a coffee with almond milk, she told GBN membership: "It's a thing that I try and do in the mornings, when I can remember or when I've got time, running through the top stories of the day and telling people what to expect from the programme."
Ellie and Stephen also explained how they make sure their outfits coordinate.
Ellie said: "Stephen and I have a conversation the night before and we always discuss what colours we are going to wear.
"It's actually got to the stage where he buys ties to match my dresses from Amazon. If there's a dress that I've bought that he doesn't have a tie to match, he then goes online and buys one. We're at that stage in our relationship."
Stephen added: "We always coordinate. I quite like it - it has given me an excuse to buy some new ties.
"I get a message, I get an instruction, the night before as to what we're wearing. Yellow, I was told today. Yesterday we were wearing green, although because the dress Ellie wore is very green, she calls it her Kermit dress. So we were in Kermit yesterday, yellow today.
"This is a new tie actually, I bought it especially to go with Ellie's outfit."
Stephen explained the presenters and senior producers spend some time before the show going through the running order.
"This is all put together the day before pretty much, and then when we come in, we go through it and decide what we're going to keep, and what we're going to drop, because of course things change overnight.
"I woke up to the [Trump] news this morning because was in bed long before Trump was convicted, so I had a listen this morning to various radio stations with different analysis."
Showing their close friendship, he teased: "It's going to be a busy day, and a full day. Of course, as you know, I'm on with Ellie today.
"So that means, from a personal point of view, it's going to be extremely hard work because she's very very hard to work with. This is why I look so old."
As they prepared to go live on air, Ellie and Stephen shared a message from the studio.
