Stacey Solomon has been criticised by fans who have claimed a recent episode of her BBC series was “too intrusive”.
The 34-year-old television personality has fronted Sort Your Life Out since 2021, which sees her helping people to de-clutter and transform their homes and lives.
A recent episode saw the former X Factor star helping recently-divorced Rachel, who struggled to let go of her marriage following its painful breakdown.
The single mother became upset as she stumbled across the proposal speech penned by her ex-husband, Darren.
Rachel touched on her divorce earlier in the episode after Solomon pointed out the amount of clutter in her garage and she explained her ex had promised to turn the space into a dance studio for their children.
However, this never came to fruition because the pair divorced and Darren moved out of the house.

In a VT, she emotionally reflected: “We’d been married 10 or 11 years and I could tell that something was not quite right so I confronted him and he said, ‘I don’t love you anymore.’
“And weeks later he was in a relationship with somebody. But they are still together and they’re getting married this year so it’s all worked out for the best.”
As the mother-of-two began to clean out her house with the support of Solomon and her team, her ex later appeared with their daughters Amelia, 15, and Madeline, 11, to help sort through the items.
Later, Rachel became tearful as she sifted through some belongings relating to her wedding. She commented: “It’s just hard. It’s not that I want him back anymore. It just makes me sad that it was wasted in a way.”

Viewers weren’t pleased with the way the programme focussed on the marriage break up, with some branding the instalment “awkward”.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one penned: “Both parties more than willing to appear on TV show due to their marriage breakup? How is this even a thing? #sortyourlifeout Bl**** hell.”
“It's not what I like this programme for, I hope it doesn't happen again. The whole programme just jarred when I'm usually excited to see the lovely people get help,” another responded.
“Think it's safe to say #sortyourlifeout, this episode just ain't it,” a fourth complained.

“#sortyourlifeout please don't ever do an episode like this again. The constant slating of the ex is embarrassing and not for TV,” another person shared.
“Agreed. Really awkward. Relationships end for all sorts of reasons,” someone else remarked.
According to Metro, another fan fumed: "Too much emotional baggage in this episode. Too intrusive. Not our place to be party to this. #SortYourLifeOut."
However, others applauded the episode as well as Solomon, with another person adding: “@StaceySolomon #sortyourlifeout Stacey you should be so proud of your series, you just ‘get’ people so well and understand their wants and needs when they don’t always know themselves.” (sic)
Following the intense home makeover, the family was delighted, especially by the dance studio Solomon and the crew had converted the garage into.
