Sharon Stone's fans were left worried recently when she was pictured with a black eye in a snap from her luxury summer holiday.
The Basic Instinct actress, 66, is currently in Turkey following recent trips to Italy and France, but it seems her sunny trip hasn't been very relaxing.
Sharing a photo on her Instagram, she alluded to this as she captioned the post: "This trip has been tough; but I’m tougher."
Posing in an elevator, the actress can be seen sporting a matching shirt and skirt, with a very bruised left eye in full view.
Fans were immediately curious and concerned, with many taking to the comments to wish her a speedy recovery.
One person quipped: "Dear lord!!! I hate to see the other guy. Hope you are ok."
"Omg !!!! I hope you have a great story And feel better … have a great portrait photograph done …" another penned.
Someone else penned: "You got this! Love u!!!" while another shared: "Who said you couldn’t take a punch?"
"Hope you can recover soon," a fifth added, while another probed: "What happened?"
"What happened to your left eye??" (sic) a different fan wondered.

Rather than responding to comments, she followed up the post with other snaps of the view from her hotel room.
Captioning a photo of a swimming pool surrounded by greenery and blue skies, she wrote: "If anyone is considering Turkey for a vaca - this is the backyard of my hotel room."
However, on Thursday morning she finally addressed the black eye with a video post titled "Black eye update".
She explained: "I know you're all worried about how I got a black eye so I thought I would let you know.

"I've been in so many hotels and so many countries, I got up in the middle of the night to pee and didn't know where I was and smacked my face on the marble."
Continuing, she assured fans: "No, nobody did anything to me and, yes, I'm just fine and I'm having a great time and I'm being welcomed very beautifully on my trip. Everywhere that I've gone and I'm having just the greatest time."
She went on to add: "It's getting better, but it really is a good-looking shiner. You should see what I did to that marble floor,' she laughed.
"Thanks so much for caring about me, I care about you too. Thank you."
