Film director Sam Taylor-Johnson, 57, has publicly addressed the rumours that her husband Aaron Taylor-Johnson, 33, has been lined up to play James Bond.
Five years on from Daniel Craig's departure, reports emerged earlier this month that the Kick-Ass actor had been "offered" the role - although this was soon dismissed by production company Eon.
In the weeks since the reports first emerged, Bond fans have made their thoughts clear on whether they feel he's the right man for the role while former Bond star Pierce Brosnan and George Lazenby have all shared glowing endorsements for the actor.
Taylor-Johnson remains a firm frontrunner with bookmakers despite Barbara Broccoli and co saying there was "no truth" to the reports an offer had been made.
Now, his other half has addressed the rumours for the first time - and much like Brosnan and Lazenby, she feels he could be a good fit.
Speaking to Jonathan Ross on his self-titled talk show, which will air this weekend, the director was quizzed about the rumours.
The Nowhere Boy director cheekily replied: "You mean that I might direct a Bond film? The first woman director..."
Before long, Taylor-Johnson said to the ITV host that she's not bothered by the rumours swirling around her husband and encouraged them to continue.
Addressing whether she feels he'd be a good choice as Craig's successor, Taylor-Johnson had three words to share: "He’d be great."
The 33-year-old has become one of Hollywood's most popular actors in recent years, starring in box office smashes Bullet Train and Tenet.

The husband and wife duo met on the set on the 2009 John Lennon biopic Nowhere Boy where the rumoured Bond star took on the leading role.
Aged 18 at the time, the actor struck up a romance with director Taylor-Johnson, then 42.
The pair married in 2012 and share two children together and both have spoken openly about dealing with criticism about their age gap before.

In a revent interview with Rolling Stone, the potential Bond star addressed the critics directly and said: "What you gotta realise is that what most people were doing in their twenties, I was doing when I was 13."
