Claire Sweeney and Ricky Hatton have reportedly been dating “for weeks” after the duo struck up a romantic bond during their time on Dancing on Ice.
Earlier this month, the pair were spotted enjoying a pub crawl in Hatton’s home city of Manchester.
The couple are said to have had “electric chemistry” when they first met during rehearsals for the ITV skating competition show.
A source has since claimed that the duo were together again last night which is another in a long line of dates since March.
They told The Mirror: “The chemistry was electric. Ricky went out of the show early on but he contacted her afterwards and let’s say he started wooing her.
“They’ve been out on several dates. Saturday was just one in a long line of them. They’ve been seeing each other quite a bit. He is completely besotted.

“It seems like an unlikely match but he’s always had a way with women. They fall for his personality, and Claire has.
“He knows her number one priority is her son so they are being very careful. Let’s watch this space.”
Sweeney and Hatton were spotted on a night out with their friends in Manchester on Saturday evening, carrying bottles of Veuve Clicquot champagne.
They soon emerged again together outside of a second pub, with Sweeney wearing a glamorous black dress and silver heels, wrapping her arm around Hatton’s and whispering in his ear.

The couple were also seen together over the weekend with their friends in Liverpool’s Hot Water Comedy Club.
Sweeney recently opened up about wanting to find love and told The Mirror’s Invite Only podcast: “I really want to be with someone who makes me laugh. Someone who’s kind. Someone I will click with.
“So, someone like that, it just wouldn’t be about aesthetics – OK, there’s an initial attraction but I want it to be more than aesthetics, that’s the type of person I’m looking for.”
During their time on the show, Hatton was paired with Robin Johnstone and was the first celebrity to be voted off due to the public vote.

At the time he was “gutted” to have left the show but also noted: “I’ve had a great time, I’ve met some wonderful friends.”
Sweeney was voted out two weeks after Hatton along with pro partner Colin Grafton, with Ryan Thomas going on to win the series with his professional skater Amani Fancy.
