The 54-year-old Oscar winner has been in a relationship with her beau since 2021
After two years of dating, Renee Zellweger has reportedly said "yes" to marrying her boyfriend, Ant Anstead.
Ant, who is 10 years Renee's junior at 44, has been dating Renee since 2021 and a new report suggests the pair are already planning their nuptials.
A close friend of the couple said: "Renee and Ant are keeping their plans incredibly private, they’re not planning a big public announcement."
“She has been telling her inner circle about organising their nuptials, everything will be very low-key," they added to The US Sun.

The friend continued: “Her relationship with Ant is super strong and they’re madly in love, and they can’t wait to get hitched.”
This will be the second time Renee has walked down the aisle after marrying Kenny Chesney in 2005.
Their short-lived marriage ended after a matter of months the same year.
The Bridget Jones star had also reportedly dated the likes of White Stripes front-man Jack White, A Star is Born actor Bradley Cooper and comedian Jim Carrey before finding "the one" in Ant.
Ant has also been wed before and has three children from a previous relationship.
In fact, just one day before reports of their engagement emerged, Ant took to Instagram to share an adorable snap of his children striking a pose with Renee.
Decked in tuxedos and glamorous dresses, Ant's son Archie and daughter Amelie beamed as they joined their father and step-mother for the snap.

The 44-year-old is no stranger to the spotlight either having worked on-screen for many years.
However, while Renee's skills lie in the acting world, Ant has lent his talents to the TV presenting remit.
His CV boasts a number of high-profile gigs where fans may recognise him from, especially those interested in the world of motoring and crafts.
Back in 2014, he starred opposite Philip Glenister in the series For the Love of Cars in which the duo would scour the country to find rundown motors in the hopes of revamping them to former glory.
