Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, 75, has issued a lukewarm apology to singer Britney Spears, 42, after he criticised her social media dance videos during one of his podcasts along with his family.
The Osbourne's aren't afraid to make their opinions known when discussing certain topics on their successful podcast - aptly named The Osbourne's - and have upset a few people along the way.
Spears was recently the topic of conversation for the family after the 75-year-old stated he was "fed up" with seeing daily clips of her dancing, and added that she needed to "mix it up".
Addressing the pop-sensation directly on their latest episode, the head of the family said: "Britney, I really owe you an apology. I’m so sorry for making that comment."
However, rather than ending his apology there and keeping it simple, he doubled down: "However, it would be better if you didn’t do the same f**king dance every day."
He advised the Baby... One More Time! hitmaker to "change a few movements," before Kelly Osbourne, 39, also shared her own apology after calling Spears' social media reels "very sad".

"Britney, never stop dancing. I love your dancing. It makes you happy and I’m so sorry if any of us offended you," before Sharon Osbourne, 71, stepped in and added: "Listen, I like Britney a lot."
The Black Sabbath star interjected: "I love Britney Spears. But it’s the same dance every day."
His daughter jokingly corrected her dad as she said: "No, sometimes, she has knives," in reference to a September 2023 post from Spears in which she worried fans by dancing with the sharp utensils.
Making sure that his apology was heard, the 75-year-old said again: "I really do apologize. I love you and I think you’re beautiful. But mix it up."

The rock legend also added a clip of the moment to his Instagram account and captioned the post: "Sorry, Britney – we still think you rock!"
Spears initially responded to the family's remarks with a lengthy Instagram caption, in which she also defended actress Kate Beckinsale, 50, against trolls who said she is "too old" to dance.
She labelled the Osbourne's "the most boring family known to mankind" and wrote to her 42.3 million followers: "Have you guys seen the movie Serendipity with Kate Beckinsale?
"Well let me tell you... if you haven't you definitely should! I adore Kate Beckinsale especially because she's from London!

Britney Spears hit back at their comments on her Instagram account
"I realized how incredibly cruel people were talking about her IG saying she needs more age-appropriate content... She's in her fifties and I thought it was pretty badass how she responded with a mini bow in her hair looking literally 4 years old!!!"
She added: "I'm gonna do a photo shoot with Kate and tell the Osbourne family who is the most boring family known to mankind to kindly f**k off!!!" (sic)
