Nadiya Bychkova isn't letting the news that her ex Kai Widdrington has gone Instagram official with his new flame dampen her spirits ahead of the next series of Strictly Come Dancing.
The Ukrainian dancer dated 29-year-old Widdrington for two years after meeting on the BBC dance competition, but their romance ended in June last year.
The duo, who will both return to show as part of its professional line-up in the autumn, have rarely commented on the split, although Bychkova did hint the two "weren't friends" following the break-up.
Since the break-up, both have kept their love lives out of the spotlight, but Widdrington bucked the trend this week by going public with new flame, Chloe Wells.

The Essex-based executive assistant and Widdrington had kept their romance private until the social media post from the dancer.
And things appear to be going well between the two, with reports emerging this past week that Widdrington and his new partner are looking to move in together.
In the social media post confirming his new romance, Widdrington penned to his 254k followers: "Happiness is underrated," followed by a love heart emoji.
Several of his Strictly co-stars flocked to the comments section to show their support, although Bychkova was notably absent.
Pro dancer Lauren Oakley branded Widdrington and his new flame "cuties", while Jowita Przystal shared a love-heart-eyed emoji.
Elsewhere, Nancy Xu shared a series of love-heart emojis, while the likes of Gorka Marquez, Carlos Gu, and Luba Mushtuk liked the post.
Meanwhile, Bychkova sent a clear message that she was unfazed by her ex's budding romance as she returned to Instagram to reveal she's left the UK.
Bychkova has jetted to Rotterdam in the Netherlands for a break away, sharing two snaps from her travels.
The first showed Bychkova boarding a plane from London City Airport, with the accompanying caption: "Let's go," followed by a plane emoji and the Netherlands' flag.
A few hours later, Bychkova shared a snap from her hotel room, featuring a coffee, a plate of biscuits, and a picturesque view.
The Strictly dancer used Sabrina Carpenter's Espresso as the soundtrack for the social media post.
To be expected, Bychkova avoided any mention of Widdrington's newfound romance, but it won't be long until the two reunite for rehearsals for the new series of Strictly.

Despite being booted out in Week One last year, Bychkova has agreed to return for the 2025 series of Strictly, while Widdrington has done the same after being benched altogether for the 2024 series.
Bychkova celebrated the news with a post on Instagram last week, saying: "SO EXCITING!!!
"Thankful to be back on the biggest show on TV. I can’t wait for another spin around the Strictly sun. Looking forward to working with the new pros too… they are going to LOVE it.
"Two of the things I enjoy most about life are dancing and teaching and that’s what the show is all about so here’s to another season of magical moments and memories.
"Is there anyone you’d like to see on the new series? Strictly 2025 here we come." (sic)
Widdrington was equally as excited, writing on his own Instagram page following the news: "Thrilled to announce that I’m back on @bbcstrictly for my 5th season this year.
"Can’t wait to hit the dance floor again and create more unforgettable moments with the Strictly family! Let the adventure begin! Keeeeep dancing." (sic)
