Doctor Michael Mosley appears happy and carefree in heartbreaking final photos taken just days before his shock death in the Greek island of Symi.
Mosley, 67, was tragically found on Sunday after going missing after setting out for a walk on the island on Wednesday.
A huge search had ensued on the island, with the television doctor found agonisingly close to the safety of the beach in a rocky area.
Some of the final pictures of Mosley show him looking relaxed at Hay Festival, which took place from May 22 to June 1.
Black and white snaps show a cheerful-looking Mosley smiling and laughing for the camera.
The literature festival shared the photos on Instagram to pay tribute to the father-of-four.
Organisers of the event captioned the post: "Dr Michael Mosley, pictured here at Hay Festival Hay-on-Wye 2024.
"It was a privilege to share his work on our stages. Our thoughts go to his family, friends and colleagues."
Tributes have poured in for the well-known TV personality, and his wife Clare Bailey Mosley issued a heartbreaking statement on Sunday.
"I don’t know quite where to begin with this," she remarked. "It’s devastating to have lost Michael, my wonderful, funny, kind and brilliant husband.

"We had an incredibly lucky life together. We loved each other very much and were so happy together,
"I am incredibly proud of our children, their resilience and support over the past days.
"My family and I have been hugely comforted by the outpouring of love from people from around the world. It’s clear that Michael meant a huge amount to so many of you.
"We’re taking comfort in the fact that he so very nearly made it. He did an incredible climb, took the wrong route and collapsed where he couldn’t be easily seen by the extensive search team."

Mosley's four grown-up children flew out to Greece last week to assist with the search, and it's since been revealed they were just 350ft away from their father's body while they searched on Saturday.
Mosley had been spotted in the village on the Wednesday with CCTV footage emerging showing his last steps through the area.
