Megan McKenna has rushed her five-month-old son Landon to the hospital after he became severely ill when doctors told her to stop his reflux medication.
The former Towie star, 32, revealed the terrifying ordeal on Instagram yesterday, explaining how her son was left "screaming in pain" after she followed medical advice to discontinue his omeprazole.
McKenna, who welcomed Landon with footballer fiancé Oliver Burke in October, spent the night in A&E after her son's condition deteriorated rapidly.
The baby became dehydrated from excessive vomiting and required overnight hospital treatment with intravenous fluids.
Sharing details on Instagram, McKenna explained: "Landon has got gradually worse throwing up so much it was scary. Screaming in pain and retching till his face turned red and had now become dehydrated from all the vomiting."
She posted a photo of her son in a hospital crib, revealing he had to have a cannula inserted into his "teeny baby hand".

"He was so stressed and confused having this cannula put in," she wrote.
The reality star had previously "begged" to keep Landon on the medication after he suffered from "terrible reflux" since he was six weeks old.
The hospital paediatrician was reportedly "very confused" about why Landon had been taken off the medication.
"The paediatrician at the hospital I'm in now is very confused at why he was told to stop taking it and should be on it for at least six months," McKenna shared.
Her son was kept overnight for monitoring after becoming hydrated
After the emergency, doctors immediately put Landon back on omeprazole.
He was kept in the hospital overnight to be monitored and to receive fluids.
The conflicting medical advice left McKenna distressed, as she had initially felt "really uncomfortable" about stopping the medication that had finally got her son "to a good place" after four months of treatment.
McKenna used her frightening experience to warn other mothers to trust their instincts when it comes to their children's health.
"One thing I'm learning about being a mum, always trust your gut," she advised her three million followers.
The star added: "Moving forward, I won't be taking no for an answer. You as a mum know best."

She also expressed her distress about how severe her son's reflux had become.
"Honestly, reflux is awful for our tiny babies. I just want to make sure he doesn't have to go through that again," McKenna wrote.
"Thankfully, Landon's back to his happy self again. He even woke up with a smile," McKenna shared with relief.
