Mark spoke about his relationship with Ant and Dec, having previously worked with the couple.
“Two nicer men in TV, you won’t find”, he commented. “They can’t stop talking about us”, he added.
“They apologised to Keith and Linda, joking we only have two viewers, but we know we have much more than that.
“It’s great that Ant and Dec are now talking about GB News on the national airwaves. I think that’s a big advantage.”
It comes after Nigel took centre stage in the opening show of this year’s I’m a Celeb series.
His fellow campmate Josie Gibson spared little time in making the first Brexit jibe.
Speaking on the “adventure” ahead of them on the show, Gibson interjected: “It can’t be worse than Brexit!”
Farage was a good sport, responding: “That didn’t take long did it? I had a feeling we’d get a bit of that!”
Gibson replied: “Only joking!”
Farage has spoken on the need to “test” himself ahead of entering the jungle.
"Business, politics, media, I’ve done so many different jobs and generally I have been reasonably successful”, he said.
"But I have never been tested in quite this way. It’s such a mental test and maybe I will discover who I really am."
