Turner and Kay are teenage sweethearts who met when she was just 15 at a friend's house.

The couple tied the knot in 2017 with a wild ceremony in Ibiza, where celebrations continued until 5am.

Their first child, daughter Dusty, arrived in July 2019 after Turner announced her pregnancy the previous February.

The couple welcomed their second child, son Trilby Fox, in February 2021, with Turner telling OK! magazine at the time: "Matt and I are so completely besotted with our early surprise and Dusty is so in love with her new baby brother! How lucky we all are."

Turner has been open about her previous struggles with pregnancy, having suffered two miscarriages before welcoming Dusty.

The actress admitted in 2020 it was "heartbreaking" to lose her first babies at seven weeks pregnant.

Speaking on BBC Breakfast in 2021, Turner called for better support for those who've experienced baby loss, saying: "For me, I think you become a mother the minute you're pregnant."

She appeared in Channel 5's documentary Miscarriage: Our Story in 2020, sharing: "I went back to work the next day, carried on like nothing had happened, which actually makes me really sad now looking back."

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:

During her pregnancy with Dusty, Turner revealed she had a scan every week.

Turner has played Stacey Slater in EastEnders since 2004, becoming one of the soap's most celebrated performers.

Her portrayal has earned her more than 30 awards, including four National Television Awards and six British Soap Awards.

Most recently, Turner has taken centre stage in EastEnders' acclaimed "The Six" storyline, involving the Christmas Day death of Keanu Taylor.

Speaking to The Mirror about her growing family before giving birth, Turner shared: "It's like another chapter in our little story. There's nothing better than a newborn and a newborn cuddle, so that would be lovely."
