Kim Kardashian has left several fans and Met Gala onlookers concerned with her appearance at the lavish ceremony on Monday night.
Alongside some of the world's best-known and recognisable faces, Kardashian donned an extravagant ensemble as she posed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
Others in attendance included James Corden - fresh from announcing the return of Gavin and Stacey, Zendaya, Brooklyn Beckham, Rita Ora, Sienna Miller, Jennifer Lopez, Gigi Hadid, Sam Smith, Keeley Hawes and many others.
This year's theme was Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion so it was always inevitable the outfits were going to be eye-catching, to say the least.
For her wardrobe choice, Kardashian donned a metallic all-silver ensemble, complete with a John Galliano corset-style dress.
She also added a metal skirt, a lace train, and a grey knitted cardigan-style jumper but it was the corset that caused plenty of debate.

The tightness of the item of clothing left Kardashian's waist looking much more pinched in than normal, and fans were quick to notice it.
After the former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared a series of snaps on her Instagram, fans raised concern.
"Kim where's your waist?" one follower asked before a second said: "You looked like your were in pain on the red carpet? Was that laced too tight?"
A third weighed in: "Maybe this is considered glam or art or fashion but I feel it’s morphing ideologies that defecting our bodies is achieving perfection somehow. And it ain’t cute."
"Omg are your organs ok?" another probed before a fifth simply put: "Looks like you're in pain."
However, there were some who praised the look, with one fan arguing: "You are something special. The others have all looked good too. But you always look the best."
And her sister Khloe Kardashian clearly overwhelmed by her sibling's look as she replied: "I am NOT WELL." (sic)
This isn't the first time Kardashian's social media followers have flocked to the picture-sharing site to share their thoughts on her latest antics.

Back in March before the Princess of Wales had publicly announced her cancer diagnosis and was the subject of relentless and misinformed speculation, Kardashian decided to poke fun at Kate's whereabouts.
Alongside a snap of herself posing by her car, the reality TV star joked in the accompanying caption: "On my way to go find Kate."
Kardashian found herself on the receiving end of seriously irked comments, with many calling for the public figure to apologise.
