Rapper and clothing mogul Kanye West, 47, has further stirred controversy with a bizarre social media post following his wife Biance Censori’s nude red carpet appearance.

The pair triggered a huge online reaction during Sunday night’s 67th Grammy Awards as Censori, 30, wore a see-through mesh dress without underwear.

In a shocking moment, Censori dropped her coat and exposed her bare body to photographers, turning to show multiple angles of the revealing outfit.

West sported a simple all black short sleeve t-shirt, trousers, wraparound sunglasses and a silver animal necklace.

The couple held hands as they stalked around the glitzy venue bearing stern expressions.

Lip reader Nicola Hickling deduced that West appeared to orchestrate his wife’s scandalous display.

While posing for photographers, West was interpreted to tellCensori: "You're making a scene now," to which she nodded in agreement.

Hicking suggested that West then said: "Make a scene, I'll say it'll make so much sense," before telling his wife to: "Drop it behind you and then turn."

"I got you," he reportedly consoled Censori, who responded: "Alright. Let's go."

The daring display generated a huge amount of discussion online, prompting West to issue a cryptic response on social media.

Posting on his Instagram story, the rapper shared a low-quality image of himself from the red carpet.

In the pic, West is seen grinning ear to ear in his dark sunglasses and sticking out his tongue.

Missing from the image was any sign of Censori or their headline grabbing stunt.

The mogul offered no caption to the lone image which has been the couple’s first public move since leaving the Grammys.

Regarding their exit, conflicting reports swirled of the pair being escorted “by police” from the premises while others claimed they left on their own accord.

According to California Penal Code 314(1), indecent exposure is defined as exposing one's naked body in front of others who could be offended, provided the act is "wilful and lewd".

First-time offenders could face up to six months in county jail and a £1,000 fine.

People magazine reported that the duo was seen leaving the arena not long after arriving, with Censori again covered by her black coat.
