Katy Perry fans have branded the singer "inspiring" and "so f***ing cute" for her actions after she returned to Earth safely following Monday's historic space mission.
The Firework singer was part of an all-female crew who were on-board Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin rocket that shot into space for a little over 10 minutes.
The flight passed the so-called Karman line which is recognised as being the threshold for venturing into space.
Perry was joined by presenter Gayle King, journalist Lauren Sánchez, rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen and film producer Kerianne Flynn.

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Upon their return to Earth, each of the women left the capsule to a raucous reception as the emotions took over.
As the celebrations - and tears - began, Perry emerged from the capsule, wielding a single daisy flower.
Perry held the daisy aloft before bringing it to her mouth and planting a kiss on the flower.
As she touched back down on terra firma, Perry then planted a kiss on the Texan ground beneath her feet as she celebrated being back on US soil.

While a seemingly innocuous gesture, fans soon worked out why the daisy held such significance to the singer - and why she felt the need to take it with her on the mission.
Daisy is the name of Perry's daughter, whom she welcomed in August 2020 with her partner, Orlando Bloom.
Spotting the gesture for her daughter, X, formerly Twitter, was soon flooded with emotional messages of support from the California Gurls singer's fans.
"The cutest thing to ever exist," one fan gushed. "Katy perry holding a daisy after coming back from space in resemblance of her first born daughter."
A second shared series of crying emojis alongside the tweet: "Katy Perry taking a daisy in space in honor of her daughter named Daisy, my heart."
"Katy Perry holds a daisy to represent her daughter Daisy Dove while leaving the Blue Origin capsule after landing back on earth," a third echoed with more crying emojis.
"This is so f***ing cute. Katy Perry holds a daisy after returning from space. Congratulations to the entire crew. This was so inspiring to witness!!!" a fourth concurred.
A fifth was similarly emotional as they shared: "Not her standing with a daisy in her hand after landing [crying emojis]... katy perry i love you so much."

Perry touched upon another reason she took the flower into the capsule with her shortly after returning to Earth.
She told Blue Origin reporters that they're "strong," "powerful," and "resilient" flowers.
Perry also explained why she started to sing What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong as the team descended to Earth.
She said: "I have covered that song in the past, and obviously my higher self is always steering the ship.
"I think that it's not about me or about me singing my songs, it was about a collective energy in there. It's about this wonderful world that we see right out there and appreciating it."
Perry added that she'd be "100 percent" writing a song based on her experience. "It was the highest high," she says.
