Bianca Censori sparked widespread outrage at the 2025 Grammy Awards on Sunday night after removing her black fur coat to reveal a completely see-through dress that left her fully nude on the red carpet.
The 30-year-old designer bared all in the transparent mesh garment, worn without underwear, whilst walking alongside her fully-clothed husband Kanye West at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
In a theatrical display that shocked onlookers, Censori dropped her coat and exposed her bare body to photographers, turning to show multiple angles of the revealing outfit.
The controversial moment came as West, 47, who maintained a stern expression throughout, stood beside her in a demure all-black ensemble and sunglasses.
The designer paired the sheer mesh mini-dress with transparent thong heels and minimal makeup, her dark hair slicked back.

After posing together for photographers, Censori took several solo shots, deliberately showcasing the revealing garment from multiple angles.
The architectural designer, who has worked at West's Yeezy brand since 2020, displayed her entire body through the transparent fabric whilst her husband remained covered in a black t-shirt and trousers.
The dramatic entrance marked West's first Grammy appearance in a decade, with the rapper nominated in the Best Rap Song category for "Carnival" with Ty Dolla Sign.
Fans immediately took to social media to express their shock and concern over the revealing display.

"Bianca Censori needs saved from that man. This is really disturbing," wrote one social media user on X before another commented: "No way bianca censori just showed up to the grammies like that she is naked!"
Several users questioned Censori's wellbeing, with one writing: "Is this woman genuinely okay she looked so uncomfortable taking her that coat off in the video on the carpet."
Others called for action from event organisers, with some suggesting she should be "kicked out" of the ceremony.
"Aren't there laws against this sort of thing???" questioned another concerned viewer before another queried: "Kanye and his wife Bianca Censori at the #Grammys Wait, How is this allowed? This is illegal right?"
West and Censori secretly married in December 2022, shortly after his divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalised in November of that year.
The couple had been publicly linked since earlier in 2022, with Censori joining West's Yeezy brand as an architectural designer in 2020.

The Grammy appearance came just hours after West's controversial return to social media platform X, where he posted and then deleted an explicit comment about former US Vice President Kamala Harris.
West, who now goes by Ye, is nominated for Best Rap Song at this year's ceremony for Carnival, his collaboration with Ty Dolla Sign featuring Rich the Kid and Playboi Carti.
The rapper has previously won 24 Grammy Awards from 75 nominations throughout his career.
