Kanye West has launched a public campaign calling for the release of Sean "Diddy" Combs, who is currently incarcerated in Brooklyn.
The rapper took to social media platform X on Thursday night, posting "FREE PUFF" in capital letters.
West criticised fellow celebrities for their silence on Combs' imprisonment, writing: "ALL THESE CELEBRITY N****S AND B*****S YALL A WATCH OUR BROTHER ROT AND NEVER SAY S***."
The posts came just hours before West shared a video of himself FaceTiming with Combs' son, Christian.
In the Instagram post's caption, West referenced families being separated, particularly highlighting the impact on Black families.
West also addressed the treatment of Chris Brown in his social media posts, stating: "WE ALL WATCHED THEM TRY TO CANCEL CHRIS BROWN AND AINT NOBODY DO NOTHING."

"FOR EVERY SON WHO DAD IS LOCKED UP WRITE OR WRONG I WANT YALL TO LISTEN TO DAVE CHAPELLES JOKES VERY CLOSE THIS TIME," West wrote alongside the video.
Combs, 55, is currently being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
He faces serious charges including sex trafficking and racketeering, with his trial scheduled for May.

Federal prosecutors recently filed a superseding indictment, accusing Combs of coercing two additional women into "commercial sex acts."
A New York judge deemed the music mogul "a serious flight risk" and denied his bail applications.
In addition to criminal charges, Combs faces multiple civil suits, including one from a former adult entertainer in Las Vegas who claims Combs instructed him to perform acts outside agreed-upon limitations.
The suit alleges Combs "dehumanised plaintiff and reduced him to a mere object for Combs' own amusement."
West made a direct appeal to former President Donald Trump, tagging him in a post that read: "PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF."
In another emotional post, West referred to Combs as his "hero" and "idol," writing: "THEY TRYNA PROVE A POINT AND YALL KNOW THAT. THIS MAN GAVE HIS LIFE TO US." (sic)
The rapper has notably expanded his social media following, now including Combs on Instagram after previously following only his wife, Bianca Censori.

GETTYWest's support for Combs comes shortly after his own recent public appearance at the Grammy Awards, where he and Censori made headlines for their choice of attire.
Combs' lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has strongly denied the allegations against his client.
"The latest Indictment contains no new offenses," Agnifilo stated. "The prosecution's theory remains flawed."
He specifically addressed the new allegations, saying: "The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs' former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes."
Speaking to Rolling Stone, Agnifilo emphasised: "No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex-trafficked anyone."
"Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial," he added.
