The star recently landed his own Amazon Prime show after finding success on Clarkson’s Farm

Kaleb Cooper has hit back at the negative feedback he received from Clarkson’s Farm fans after they were severely let down by his tour and Amazon Prime show.

The World According To Kaleb: On Tour saw the young farmer hit the road back in January to bring to life stories about his life, farming, and working with Jeremy Clarkson.

Due to his quick rise to fame, the tour was also recorded at the Cheltenham Everyman Theatre and streamed on Amazon Prime.

After riding in on a small tractor, Cooper talks for an hour about how he started farming at a young age, buying his first tractor at 15.

He then plays the music video for a song he recorded called “I Hate Sheep;” where viewers see him hooking his cows up to a milking machine.

During the intermission, Cooper asked the audience to write down questions, and he answered some of them, including his reasons for why he hates sheep so much.

He then talked about his heroes, including his parents, a farmer who taught him everything he knows and taught him the notion that “dreams don’t work unless you do".

Cooper also cited Clarkson as one of his heroes but still managed to tease Clarkson by showing a scene from the series where Clarkson tills a field wrong.

Whilst the young star was proud of the show and often shares clips of it on his Instagram account, it was met with a lot of backlash.

One slammed underneath the post on Instagram: I’m not convinced that he was plucked from obscurity. He has had some kind of media/communication training before this.”

“Love Clarkson’s Farm. I found this disappointing,” another expressed before a third added: “Turned this off after about two minutes. Too scripted.”

Someone else said: “I did not like it. Thought it was not funny. You somehow lost your innocence.”

A fifth penned: “We turned off after 5 minutes. No need for all the swearing. He was swearing where it wasn't needed (every sentence) and it was just fake.”

Another annoyed viewer wrote: “Glad I'm not the only one thinking this was not great. At all.” (sic)

Cooper has since hit back at the negativity he has received surrounding the Amazon special and today posted an image of himself on a small tractor entering his tour.

Editing the image, he wrote on it: “Dirty water doesn’t stop plants from growing so don't let negative words stop your progress.”

He captioned the post with a clapping hands emoji.

Whilst many were unimpressed with the show, Cooper was still inundated with positive feedback in the comment section.
