Journey's concert at the Houston Rodeo came to an abrupt halt on Friday evening when an electrical fire broke out under the stage.
The legendary rock band was just 30 seconds into performing their iconic 1981 hit Don't Stop Believin' when the music cut off and screens went dark.
Despite the unexpected interruption, the 79,000-strong crowd continued singing the anthem without missing a beat.
The incident occurred relatively early in the band's set, just after their fifth song.

The Houston Rodeo later confirmed that the technical issue had been resolved ahead of the next day's scheduled performance.
"The stage will be operating as normal, and we will host all activities in the stadium and on the grounds as originally planned," they announced on social media.
