Jonnie Irwin has taken to Instagram to prove his terminal cancer diagnosis isn't stopping him from enjoying quality time with his family.
The A Place in the Sun fan-favourite was all smiles in his latest update on a day out with his three young children.
Rex, four, and Irwin's two-year-old twins Rafa and Cormac joined their dad for his latest post.
The trio sat in a small carriage attached to the front of Irwin's all new electric bike which is helping him get out and about with his family.
Praising the newfound ability to explore since getting the bike, Irwin penned: "Since delivery of our @babboe_cargobike it’s been out most days.
"I’m obviously a lot weaker these days and would never be strong enough to cart these ankle biters around but with electric power assistance I can pretty much go anywhere."
