The A Place in the Sun presenter has taken to Instagram with an exciting update
Jonnie Irwin is best known to fans as a regular host of A Place in the Sun on Channel 4 and the BBC's Escape to the Country.
However, the presenter's world completely changed in 2020 when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
He announced the news publicly in November 2022 and ever since, Irwin has been spending much of his time in palliative care and at his Newcastle home with wife Jess and their three young children.
Irwin has since claimed that he was removed from A Place in the Sun following his cancer diagnosis but he's still made a handful of guest appearances on a few talk shows to provide health updates with his fans.
In fact, earlier this week he appeared on Morning Live to discuss he palliative care and stint in a hospice as he continues to fight the disease.
However, in a new update on his Instagram, Irwin teased he'll be back on presenting duties for an all-new project.

Irwin reposted a clip from a company called Mayfair Worktops who are clearly shooting some promo material.
"Behind the scenes with @jonnieirwintv," the caption read as the clip scanned the room to show the set-up.
Irwin stood alongside two guests while a production team and cameras were positioned opposite him.
The TV personality's return to work as a presenter will undoubtedly be a huge boost to his fanbase who regularly send their well wishes to the star.
While it may not be shot for TV, Irwin has worked with the company before and was the face of the material shot for their rebrand last year.
Available to watch on their YouTube channel, Irwin fronts much of the company's video output for their customers online.
Irwin has also been keeping busy at home as he and his family renovate their house.
And the presenter has also candidly opened up about the amount of time he now spends in a hospice, which he recently assured fans was not "all doom and gloom".

Speaking on Monday's Morning Live, Irwin revealed he been using palliative care since day one of his diagnosis as he explained: "It’s a delight, actually.
"My perception of the hospice was very much a boiling hot room full of people that looked frail and towards the end of their days. This is nothing of the sort.
"It’s spacious, energised, comfortable. I mean, it’s even got a jacuzzi bath, en-suite rooms, and the staff are just amazing.
"So I’ve had a really, really good experience at my hospice," he told Gethin Jones and Helen Skelton.
