After first being diagnosed with cancer in 2020, Jonnie Irwin went public with his diagnosis in late 2022 after it had spread from his lung to his brain.
Ever since, Irwin has been branded an "inspiration" for his candid approach to living with cancer as well as taking on the daunting task of renovating his Newcastle home.
He's also spending more time with his wife Jess and their three young children, Rafa, Rex, and Cormac as Irwin steps back from presenting duties on the BBC's Escape to the Country and Channel 4's A Place in the Sun.
However, his jam-packed schedule while living with the terminal illness appears to have taken its toll this past week.
In a social media post on Sunday, Irwin shared a snap with one of his young boys as they enjoyed a family day out.
He also included a clip of his boys enjoying a monster truck show as well as a sweet snap alongside his wife Jess at a christening party.
