Jonnie Irwin and his wife Jess provided fans with an insight into their recent family trip away with a snap on Instagram.
Irwin, who's currently battling terminal cancer, and his other half couldn't hide the anguish and exhaustion on their faces after a less-than-pleasant ordeal during their journey.
The presenter shared a selfie with his wife and their kids inside their car as he revealed they'd failed to supply headphones to their little ones.
"5 hours on and off in car with the boys," said in the caption. "Each one with a tablet/screen without headphones!
"Acoustic hell! #roadtrip," Irwin signed off the post.
Irwin stopped short of revealing exactly where he and his family were headed off to but he was soon inundated with support after fans commented on his five-hour journey in such conditions.

Elsewhere, a third commented: "Oh no. Your wife's face says it all. Love to you all xx."

If anyone deserves a holiday it'd be Irwin given the numerous tasks he's currently undertaking at his Newcastle home.
Irwin recently returned to work in front of the camera and has plans to overhaul his house, all amid palliative care and treatment following his cancer diagnosis.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Just last week, Irwin shared a video from outside his home where he revealed he planned to "rip down" part of his house to utilise the space.
He explained while showing off the front of his house: "The plan is to put some differently designed windows in there, drop that window a bit.
"And then move the entire - well, rip down that porch, and move the doorway to the centre of the house.
"Doing so it brings in a big room in the middle of the house (which) is basically just a walkthrough room and that makes it an entrance hall...
"So, early days but pretty exciting," he concluded, although it sounds like he's put the renovation on hold to enjoy time away with his wife Jess and their three children, Rex, Rafa, and Cormac.
