Celebrity Big Brother viewers have raised concern over a growing “intimate” relationship between singer JoJo Siwa, 21, and Chris Hughes, 32.
The supposed “sexual tension” between the former Love Island star and US pop singer Siwa had fans distracted during Sunday’s show.
The same episode saw the exile of Hollywood icon Mickey Rourke, 72, following multiple incidents of “inappropriate language and instances of unacceptable behaviour”.
The drama touched both Hughes and Siwa, with Rourke making several homophobic remarks toward the 21-year-old singer.

As revealed in Sunday’s instalment, it was a foul-mouthed and threatening confrontation between Rourke and Hughes that ultimately led to the 72-year-old being asked to leave.
Even with the explosive scenes, viewers couldn’t help but spot the apparent close relationship that had developed between Hughes and Siwa.
Fans were left stunned moments into the latest instalment as the pair were seen embracing in bed together on night vision camera.
“I’m going to fall asleep,” Siwa cooed as Hughes stroked her back.

“No funny business though," Hughes quipped back before Siwa kept the joke going by replying: “I’ll keep it strict."
In the morning, Siwa sat next to Hughes while he lay in bed, explaining she needed a “morning hug”
Hughes quickly provided, adding: “I missed you when I was sleeping.”
When Siwa asked why he hadn’t dreamt of her, the 32-year-old revealed he had had a dream about an old schoolteacher instead, to titters of laughter.
The scenes quickly had viewers fearing that the pair were growing too close, potentially endangering their outside relationships -Siwa is currently in a romance with non-binary singer Kath Ebbs.
“I know Jojo's a lesbian but her Girlfriend will hate seeing Chris doing that icl, I would be absolutely raging #CBBUK #CelebrityBigBrother #CBB,” one wrote on X.
Another worried: “Omg Chris and jojo? I was trying not to look into it but…mate… There is CHEM.IST.RY #CBBUK #CBB."
“Me watching Chris and JoJo and hoping it’s all platonic and there’s nothing behind their friendship: #CBB #CBBUK,” a third feared.

However, others were convinced the pair’s apparent closeness was platonic and even accused ITV of editing the footage to imply otherwise.
“Chris Hughes scratching JoJo Siwa's back has officially replaced the moon landing as the most overanalyzed moment in human history,” one despaired.
A second suggested that ITV was “trying to orchestrate a showmance”.
“ITV are feeding into this Jojo and Chris narrative,” a third agreed.
