JK Rowling rages at 'incoherent trans lobby' for aiding 'predatory males' with woke agenda

The award-winning English author launched yet another tirade after a schoolboy was arrested over claims of sexual assaults against female pupils in same-sex toilets
JK Rowling has been left raging as she warned gender-neutral toilets are sacrificing the “safety, privacy and dignity of girls” following an incident at a school in Essex.
The 57-year-old, who emerged as a literary great following the release of her eight-part Harry Potter series, claimed assaults in gender-neutral lavatories were “foreseeable and preventable”.
Rowling’s remarks come after a teenager was arrested and questioned over four alleged attacks at an unnamed school in Essex.
The secondary school had reportedly not carried out an impact assessment on the provision of same-sex toilets.

PAResponding to the report, Rowling said: “This was entirely foreseeable and preventable.
“A Sunday Times investigation in 2028 found 88 per cent of sexual offences committed in changing rooms and public bathrooms take place in those that are unisex.
“Girls’ safety, privacy and dignity is being sacrificed to an incoherent ideology pushed by lobby groups, which gives predatory males easy access to victims.”
Rowling has consistently and passionately spoken out about women’s rights and warned about the impact of gender-neutral measures which are sometimes enforced to accommodate for transgender Britons.
She even found herself at the heart of a scandal at Oxfam after the charity appeared to depict Rowling as an anti-trans villain.
Oxfam insisted it was not supposed to be based on anyone and said it would re-release a cut version of the cartoon.
The version it later published had completely removed the scene.
Essex Police is now investigating the incident and confirmed a teenage boy has been bailed with conditions.
A spokesman for the force said: “We are currently investigating reports of serious sexual assaults, which are believed to have occurred at a school in North Essex.
“A boy under the age of 16 has been arrested and since been bailed with conditions.
“We are working closely with the school and local authorities whilst enquiries for this investigation continue.”
An Essex County Council spokesman added: “We are working closely with Essex Police and relevant authorities regarding a safeguarding matter at a school in Essex.
