Jesy Nelson has been rushed to hospital for an emergency procedure to save her unborn twins.
The former Little Mix star shared a health update with fans today, revealing she had been experiencing concerning symptoms over the past few days.
The 33-year-old singer explained she had been suffering from her "belly tightening" and "struggle breathing" - symptoms related to her previously revealed pregnancy complication.
After attending the hospital for a check-up, doctors determined her condition had worsened, requiring urgent medical intervention.
The procedure aims to give her twins "the best chance of survival", according to the tearful update she shared.
In a video message to fans, Jesy explained: "I've been feeling a bit poorly like the past few days. Been having a few of the symptoms that I need to watch out for - which is like my belly tightening, struggle breathing."

The singer and her partner Zion Foster, 26, attended hospital initially for a routine check-up.
"Unfortunately the symptoms have got worse so we now have to have... they have to perform the procedure," she continued in the emotional update.
This emergency intervention comes just days after Jesy revealed she was at risk of losing one or both babies due to complications with her identical twins.
Earlier this week, Jesy tearfully revealed she was experiencing a rare pregnancy complication called twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS).
The singer recently revealed the dangerous condition of her twins
The singer explained: "We are having identical twins, which is so exciting... But unfortunately, there are complications that come with having identical twins."
She detailed that her babies are "mono/di twins", meaning they share one placenta rather than having separate ones.
"When you have mono/di twins, that means your twins live off one placenta, which can lead to lots of complications," Jesy said.
She added: "I am currently pre-stage TTTS, which is twin to twin transfusion, and I'm being monitored very closely."
According to the NHS, TTTS affects 10 to 15 per cent of monochorionic twins and can have "serious consequences".
The condition is caused by abnormal connecting blood vessels in the twins' placenta, resulting in an imbalanced blood flow from one twin to the other.
The star announced her pregnancy earlier this year
This can cause one twin to become smaller and potentially suffer anaemia, whilst putting strain on the other twin.
Jesy had previously shared that she was being scanned twice a week to monitor the condition.
"We've really blessed that we've been given twins, but it's just really sad that, unfortunately, it does come with its complications," she said.
