Jay Blades' fitness instructor wife Lisa Marie Zbozen made her return to social media via an Instagram Live earlier this week, just days after posting how she "grabbed a bag of a few things & went to the police".
Blades and Zbozen announced their split at the beginning of this month and left many Repair Shop fans devastated with the news, with their wedding only taking place in November 2021.
The pair took a step back from social media and work duties to let the news of their split settle but Zbozen finally returned to her work Instagram page and shared a new workout routine with her followers.
The 42-year-old donned a white sports bra with an open white jacket and paired the ensemble with red leggings before getting her viewers in the mood and getting their blood flowing.
Zbozen was flooded with praise during the live as many had seen her post on her work Instagram where she opened up about her split from Blades and claimed: "The world got the best parts of my husband."
In the lengthy post, she claimed: "I don’t know how to say this because it’s still really raw. My marriage has been very abusive for a long time & last weekend I finally left.
"I probably should be really angry but I’m just incredibly sad about the whole thing right now. I don’t think I’ve ever cried so much. I wanted my husband to love me & keep me safe.
"And I would love him right back, but it just got worse and worse, until I grabbed a bag of a few thing’s & I left & went to the police."
She added that she was trying to "figure out my life" as she was staying a spare room with some essentials, before signing off: "Whoever you are, whatever your status, nothing gives you the right to put your hands on another person.
"All my love. A very broken. Lisa - Marie."

After their split, Blades also announced he was taking some time away from social media and TV appearances as his split happened alongside the murder of his uncle.
Filming for the BBC series has been thrown into chaos due to his absence, with bosses unsure when the rest of the series will air.
A source told The Sun: "Jay has taken a step back and is having a break from filming The Repair Shop. His uncle's murder in March and the breakdown of his marriage means he has decided to take some time out.
"The Repair Shop is carrying on without him for now and the other repairers are hard at work. People who worked with Jay said they were shocked to hear his marriage to Lisa had ended.
