Jasmine Harman, a presenter on Channel 4's A Place in the Sun, has shared a peek inside her family's move to the Costa Del Sol.
Last year, the 48-year-old whisked her two children and husband Jon Boast to Spain permanently after spending decades selling sun-soaked properties in the country.
The decision to do so came from Harman's urge to live "the lifestyle that we've been wanting", she told The Sun Online
However, in her latest social media post, Harman was keen to dismiss any preconceptions that life in the Costa Del Sol would be nothing but sun and cocktails.
The mum-of-two, who continues to work as a host on A Place in the Sun despite leaving the UK, took to Instagram with a sweet post alongside her children, Joy and Albion.
"Chilling with my babies xxx," Harman began in the caption of the snap.

"Inland from the Costa Del Sol - it's not all sun sea & sangria," she added followed by a winking emoji.
Harman also wrote: "I am the proudest mummy, and even when I don't get it right, I know I'm trying my best #mumlife." (sic)
In the photo, Harman, her children and their pet pooch could be seen posing on a giant bench with the sun beaming down on them.
The latest update comes soon after Harman candidly opened up on the body confidence issues she's been facing since gaining "around a stone in weight" in the last 12 months.

During a recent filming job, Harman had to jump in a swimming pool in a swimsuit - but admitted she had reservations.
"Confidence is a state of mind," Harman admitted alongside a video of her entering the pool.
She went on: "Although I have been out of my exercise routine and gained around a stone in weight since this time last year, I knew I had this filming to do which required me to be in a swimsuit.
"Some extra lumps and bumps. Some extra rolls around my tummy. Honestly, I feel like the older I get, the less I give a hoot what anyone thinks and the more I accept myself.

"The things I do for my job!! LOL! It looks sunny but 14° was pretty darn cold. Although I have to admit it has its perks!"
Harman was widely praised for not letting her hesitations stand in the way of her embracing her natural look.
The A Place in the Sun host was also inundated with support for another social media post dedicated to late co-star Jonnie Irwin after she celebrated 20 years on the air.
