Janette Manrara shows off her body less than a month after giving birth

Former Strictly Come Dancing professionals Aljaz Skorjanec and Janette Manrara welcomed their first child together just over three weeks ago.
Manrara, who remains an integral part of the Strictly team as It Takes Two host, has regularly updated fans on how her foray into motherhood is going, and on Monday, she shared a very candid update.
Taking to Instagram, Manrara posed in postpartum athletic gear to show off her figure three and a half weeks after giving birth via C-section.
Alongside the video of herself posing in the mirror, Manrara opened up about her relationship with her body.
She penned: "Every single pregnancy and post partum journey is different.
"Feeling confident and happy in my own skin and knowing that all that really matters is that Lyra (Rose) and I are both healthy and happy.

"I'll take each day one at a time and at my own pace.
"Sending love to all the moms out there in their own postpartum journeys. We're all amazing!"
Manrara also marked a milestone on Monday as she shared she was going to have a bit of "me time" for the first time since giving birth to Lyra.
Skorjanec's parents have flown over from Slovenia to visit their son and granddaughter and Manrara has taken the opportunity to unwind.
In a separate video clip on her Instagram story, she revealed: "Mama's got makeup on.
"She did her hair, she's going to get her nails done... yeah, starting to feel like myself today.
"It's good to do some me time and I'm going to take the time to do it because Aljaz's mum is here.
"So she's going to look after Lyra while I'm gone and I can take some time for myself."

Lyra was born on July 29 INSTAGRAM/JANETTE MANRARAThe 39-year-old dancer was able to introduce Lyra to her own parents earlier this month when they flew over from the United States.
Lyra has already also met a number of Manrara and Skorjanec's Strictly co-stars and pals as well, including Dan Walker, Sara Davies and Katya Jones.
Manrara confirmed last week she was returning to It Takes Two despite giving birth in July as the new cast of celebrities prepares to take to the dance floor.
