Ant and Dec's Limitless Win viewers slammed the show as “pointless” after a couple missed out on the chance at a £1 million jackpot.
A&E nurses Karis and Tim chose to walk away and not risk their £50,000 winnings leaving fans in uproar.
Late into the show, the pair were left with one lifeline as they arrived at the £1 million question – having successfully banked 50,000 so far.
However, they would lose everything if they got the next answer wrong. Karis and Tim admitted things were getting a “little tense” as the hosts prepared them for the next question.
Ahead of reading out the challenge, Dec warned: “If you want your 50 grand, you’ve got to cash ok. Ok?”
The million pound question was: “In the 1995 movie Jumanji, Robin Williams plays a character who is released after being trapped in a board game for how many years?”

Tim immediately conceded he had “no idea.”
Karis admitted “I don’t know it” despite adding she had “two answers in my head... I’ve seen the film a couple of times.”
“It’s either something like 12 or 40...” she estimated broadly to laughter from the audience.
The couple chose to use their lifeline which confirmed the correct answer was higher than 12, leaving them still stuck.

After an agonising wait, Karis took her partners hand and they both hit the cash out button to walk away with their£50,000.
“Oh thank god you two are nurses because I can’t stand it!” Ant exclaimed as the tension was relieved.
Reflecting on their game, Tim happily said: “You know, 50k is a massive amount of money and it’sdefinitely goingto change and impactour lives. And others.”
Karis and Tim’s game had taken up the majority of the show and had already irritated some fans with their answers.
Fans took to social media to blast the show as “pointless” after the drawn-out saga.
“Probably on my own, but I think Ant and Decs #limitlesswin is s***. Just watched two people answer question after question after question, only to walk away with the same amount of money they had 45 bloody minutes ago,” one viewer on X.
