Britain's Got Talent left some of its viewers furious over the weekend after they realised one lucky Golden Buzzer winner had already debuted her talents on another ITV competition series.
Taryn Charles walked onto the stage at the weekend and immediately made an impression on the judges with her nervous persona.
When asked why she had entered the competition, Charles explained: "I love to make people smile, and I think my voice is alright... It would mean everything."
Charles sang a cover of (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman by Aretha Franklin and moved the audience and judges to tears, before receiving a standing ovation from Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Bruno Tonioli and Alesha Dixon.
The performance left the audience chanting "Golden Buzzer" before Tonioli had no choice but to stand and press the button with pride, leaving Charles stunned at his move.
Breaking down in tears, Charles thanked the former Strictly Come Dancing judge for the opportunity before he returned to his seat and expressed: "God, I'm not...I'm not bragging here, but I had the honour to meet Carole King.

"She stayed at my house and when you started this song, I said, 'Oh, God, how's she gonna do this?'... You made me forget about her version. You made it so much your own, with so much feeling.
"The colour of your voice is unique, and you're a very, very, very special person right now!"
Dixon commented: "You've got one of those amazing tones and raspiness that... You know the old saying, you could sing the phonebook? I feel like you've got that classic voice but above and beyond that, you, my darling, you are special."
Holden and Cowell were also left blown away and praised Charles for overcoming her "obvious" nerves before putting on a stellar performance.
As Charles walked off stage, some eagle-eyed viewers took to their social media accounts where they revealed that they had recognised her from another ITV series.
According to sofa detectives, Charles has already appeared on Starstruck, a show fronted by Olly Murs which sees singers given the chance to transform into their musical idols, judged by Sheridan Smith, Adam Lambert, and Beverley Knight.
Viewers were quick to express their disappointment as one person penned: "Taryn Charles is already a professional singer, so you would expect her to have a good voice. Not fair on all the amateurs."
"I remember Taryn from Starstruck #BGT," another quipped before a third chimed in: "Yet again another professional singer?? Taryn Charles. What has happened to #BGT?"

Another angry viewer noted: "She's been on Starstruck before. She was given that chance and now taken another from someone else... BGT should really screen their contestants before putting them through for an obvious Golden Buzzer moment."
After the episode aired, Charles took to her Instagram to reflect on the mind-blowing moment and penned: "Well THIS happened last night!! What an absolute honour! I’m so grateful for everyone’s kind words and shows of support! @bgt thank you for this amazing opportunity.
"And of course a huge thank you to @brunotonioliofficial for believing in me ! @five_acre_wood_ for your endless support! So many people to thank ! I love you all." (sic)
