Gregg Wallace has shared further mysterious updates on social media after months of silence.
The disgraced TV chef kept a low profile after accusations came to light late last year about his conduct and "inappropriate behaviour" on long-running BBC series MasterChef, which he had fronted alongside John Torode since 2005. However, lately the presenter has been sharing thoughts on his Instagram page.
Wallace, 60, was placed under investigation in November due as historic complaints about "sexual comments" on the set of MasterChef surfaced.
He ended up stepping away from the show while denying the accusations, with his representatives stating at the time that it was "entirely false that he engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature."
After some time away from the spotlight, the chef returned to Instagram last week with a bizarre post for a pancake recipe.
Since then, he seems to be sharing some unclear statements, continuing the trend on Tuesday as he took to Instagram Stories with some new reflective quotes.
Gregg Wallace stepped away from BBC MasterChef amid the allegations
BBCAlongside a snap of his young son, five-year-old Sid, who was walking through a field, Wallace penned: "If we know exactly where we want to be, it’s easier to plan a route to get there."
Hours later, he shared an image of two trains at a platform, one with a sign reading "Happy" and the other stating "Regret".
Alongside the snap, he wrote: "Change isn't easy but what will happen if we don't?"
While the posts don't reveal much about Wallace's thoughts on the investigation, the continued references to "change" could indicate the TV personality is feeling reflective.
Gregg Wallace shared two cryptic posts on social media
Last week, Wallace posted quotes of a similar nature, referencing "making promises".
"Sunday can be a time for reflection. Perhaps make ourselves a promise for next week," he wrote just a day after Saturday's photo, which featured an image of two women.
He penned over the post: "We often want to change but fear it. We feel comfort in routine, even if that routine is harmful. We shouldn't be afraid of asking for help."
His posts come after Wallace stepped away from presenting MasterChef following allegations of sexual misconduct from 13 individuals, including Newsnight presenter Kirsty Wark.
Production company Banijay UK launched an external review into historical allegations, which the chef strongly denies through his lawyers.
A BBC spokesperson said last year they have taken action when issues were raised, including "referring issues to the relevant production company and challenging his behaviour directly."
