Giovanni Pernice has reportedly “split” from his new girlfriend, model Molly Brown, just days after going public with the relationship.
It comes during a turbulent time for the Strictly Come Dancing star, whose name has recently been clouded by claims led by Amanda Abbington, about his behaviour toward her and other celebrities on the programme.
The 33-year-old is seemingly facing another blow after he and 24-year-old Brown unfollowed each other’s social media accounts.
Some romantic snaps of the pair were also removed from his Instagram, despite the fact the two went official on the app just three weeks ago.
A source confirmed the split, stating: “Things between Molly and Giovanni initially were going really well. But in the last week or two they have really deteriorated.
“The two of them have had a series of bust-ups and decided to call it quits.”

Speaking to the Mirror, they added: “The fact they’ve erased each other from social media is obviously telling. It certainly doesn’t look like there’s any way back for them.”
At the end of February, the Italian choreographer reposted a photo Brown shared of the pair cuddled up in a restaurant.
The model had captioned the post “Amore Mio,” which translates to “my love” in Italian. The lovey-dovey snap has since been deleted.
Pernice even told the Mirror’s Invite Only podcast he was “off the market” just last week, but it seems things have rapidly gone downhill for the couple.
Abbington took part in last year's Strictly alongside the Italian dancer
BBC
The apparent break up comes as the dancer continues to make headlines over his alleged “feud” with Sherlock star Abbington.
Abbington was paired with Pernice in last year’s Strictly but ended up quitting a few weeks into the series, later going on to cite how her mental health had declined and she’d been diagnosed with PTSD following her experience.
The actress is also reported to have asked the BBC for behind-the-scenes footage of her dance rehearsals with Pernice as she sought legal advice.
The latest update on the row came earlier this week when it was speculated more of the dancer’s former Strictly partners, Ranvir Singh and Laura Whitmore, had joined forces with Abbington.

Pernice branded Abbington 'a great talent'
ITV
While the dancer himself has remained silent on the issue, he did address claims during an interview on Tuesday, where he labelled Abbington "a great talent".
He told Lorraine Kelly: "It’s a shame because, as I’ve said in the past, it was a shame. With Amanda, we could have gone all the way to the final, a great talent.
“But again, you’re there to put this in perspective of being the best they can, and Amanda as I said was a great, great talent, great dancer.”
