Gemma Atkinson shares major update on future family plans just one month after giving birth
Gemma Atkinson has been juggling the road to recovery following her C-section birth to son Thiago alongside life with a newborn.
The actor, who also shares daughter Mia, four, with fiancé Gorka Marquez, has been sharing honest and open accounts of her latest foray into motherhood with her Instagram followers, and on Thursday, she had another update to share.
Atkinson has now addressed the possibility of welcoming even more children into her life in the future.
The new family-of-four may currently be adjusting to Thiago's arrival but it hasn't stopped fans asking about potentially expanding her brood further.
However, as Atkinson explained in a new video, that possibility has been well and truly ruled out.
In her latest clip from her home, Atkinson told her Instagram followers: "Thiago's asleep. Oh my god, last night... brutal. Brutal!

INSTAGRAM/GEMMA ATKINSON"I had like a Tasmanian Devil in the bedroom. My scar was sore from picking him up loads. It's alright now today."
"I need a little growth spurt but, you know what, I'm obviously absolutely wrecked...
"But I'm just getting on with it because I think it's because I know, well I do know 100 percent, that I'm never gonna do this again."
Explaining her and Marquez's decision, she continued: "We've been very blessed to have two babies, a boy and a girl, and we always said we'd hoped for two if we could.
"We've done it, so I'm never, ever having another kid after this.
"I think with Mia first time around, I used to think, 'Oh, I'm definitely gonna do it again if I'm lucky enough I'll do it again'.
"Whereas now I know I'm never gonna do it again," Atkinson reaffirmed. "I won't have night feeds when he grows out of them, do you know what I mean?"
"So I'm just getting on with it but I am absolutely f****d."

Atkinson had previously eluded to the fact she was ruling out more children when she announced her son's birth.
Alongside an adorable snap of the newborn tot, Atkinson wrote: "Thiago Thomas Marquez. Our family is complete."
While fans have been keeping up to date with Marquez and Atkinson on Instagram, the pair have also documented their new journeys into parenthood in an upcoming TV series.
