Greek police are reviewing footage from the resort restaurant near to where Dr Michael Mosley's body was found, reportedly showing the TV doctor moving in a confused manner before collapsing by the fence line.
The news comes soon after initial reports from Dr Mosley's post-mortem examination suggested that he had died of natural causes.
There were no visible signs of external injuries, dampening speculation that his death was caused by a fall.
Temperatures were around 40c, with weather warnings from Greek authorities in place.

In CCTV footage seen by journalists on Symi, Dr Mosley is seen wandering in a confused manner before resting a hand on the fence wall before disappearing from sight after tumbling.
The 20 minutes of movement is reportedly significantly longer than the journey should have taken to continue the path towards the resort.
Dr Mosley's body was found face up on Sunday morning after a four-day search operation ended in tragedy.
