Denise Welch has admitted she'd "cancel" all of her plans to be at her son Matty Healy's wedding day after she admitted to being left "hurt" by him missing her nuptials.
Speaking exclusively to GB News, Welch opened up about her son as well as why she's raising awareness for prenuptial agreements after research conducted by the Co-op found there'd been a 70 percent rise in requests for information.
Earlier this week, she said on ITV's Loose Women: "My Matty missed my wedding to Lincoln. I remember he called me and he said, 'Mum, what would you say if I can't make your wedding?'
"And I said, 'I'd never forgive you.' He then said, 'Even if I was supporting The Rolling Stones at Hyde Park?' And, it hurt me, but I completely understood," Welch confessed.
When GB News asked how The 1975 front-man may react if the roles were reversed on his big day, Welch joked: "Well, I think he'd be very surprised if I was supporting The Rolling Stones at Hyde Park, you never know.
"I think he would be probably as as upset but as gracious as I was.

"I mean, listen, that won't happen, I'll just be so happy when he gets married that I'll cancel everything and go.
"You've got to remember that these boys 20 years ago started a band in my garage so I had been (used to) having four boys living with me eating at our table, sleeping in our house, sleeping on mattresses all over the place.
"I was desperate for them to become successful but the moment they did, I wanted them to come back.
"But obviously the timing wasn't great but I wouldn't have had it any any other way to see him fly and do what he's doing."

As it stands there are no plans for Healy to tie the knot, with the singer romantically linked to the likes of Taylor Swift and Gabbriette Bechtel in recent months.
But when the big day comes, Welch admitted she'd encourage him to explore the option of signing a prenuptial agreement in light of the latest research.
"I would certainly have (the discussion) with my children who are both unmarried, who are both single guys," Welch said.
"And I would say to both of them that, 'If and when you are going to tie the knot, this is something that you really should consider'.
"Both my kids - like me, they're my children - are quite impulsive. And so I can understand that that might not be an easy conversation to have when you're in the first flush of love.

"But I think I will use some of this information... because it makes absolute practical sense'.
"And I would hope that the girls that they're going to bring into our family would also to be open to these discussions.
"It's never going to be an easy one. But I think the more the more we talk about it like we're doing now, the more it just becomes par for the course."
Elsewhere during the interview, Welch shared her thoughts on the recent reports that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry haven't been invited to King Charles' 75th birthday event.
Welch threw her support behind Harry amid the ongoing spat while also passionately defending Meghan over the fraught family ties she's come under fire for - which recently resulted in her half-sister Samantha launching a new "defamation" case against her.
