Death in Paradise star Ralf Little is set to make his first screen appearance following his exit from the Caribbean-based detective drama.
Little, who played DI Neville Parker, left the show earlier this year after half a decade at the helm of the hit BBC series.
However, Little will soon star in dystopian thriller The Flaw, which is set in a world ruled by an all-powerful government.
The actor, 44, we be reunited with fellow Death in Paradise alumni Danny John-Jules who plays Dwayne Myres on the fictional island of Saint Marie.
They will act alongside The Last Kingdom star David Dawson and Interview with a Vampire icon Arthur McBain.
The Flaw is currently filming in Greece and will be the directorial debut of Theophilos Papastylianos and is an adaptation of Greek author Antonis Samarakis' 1965 novel.

The Flaw tells the story of a brutal interrogator, played by Dawson, who must execute a perfect plan to prove the guilt of a suspect, played by McBain.
However, as the plot progresses, the interrogator begins to realise there is a flaw in the plan and the regime itself.
Little’s departure from Death in Paradise, only announced after the finale of season 13, shocked fans.
However, the actor said the thirteenth instalment “was always going to be my last series”, even if it was a bittersweet move.

“If it was just a heart decision, I would have wanted to do it for 20 more years," he told the BBC.
“For my character Neville it just sort of felt like his story was finished and his journey deserved to be completed. He deserved a happy ending, and it just felt right.”
Shetland, Sherwood, The Stranger and Holby City veteran Don Gilet will take the reigns of the next series of Death in Paradise ahead of its release at Christmas later this year.
Upon the announcement, Little was quick to wish the new lead luck in an Instagram post.
"I just want to say from me to you Don, I hope you have the most wonderful time, it's the most magical experience and I just hope you get everything out of it," he said.
"I wish you the best of luck, I'm absolutely sure you're going to be magnificent. Cheers mate," Little signed off.
