"So here it is. Our final brain surgery update. Had the final MRI this week," she told followers.

In the video, McCall and Dougls were seen beaming and cheek to cheek as they updated fans with a “final” brain operation update.
“What a nice day!” Douglas exclaimed before adding it was “good news!”
McCall revealed she had been “nervous” for the results as: “If there was any of it (the tumour) left, it would grow back, and I’d just go through the whole thing again.”
She explained she had “mentally prepared” herself for that outcome and Douglas agreed he had also been nervous.

However, now they could share the happy conclusion to the “huge journey” that began late last year.
The couple shared photos of two MRI scans, one after her initial diagnosis where a worrying white blob could be seen.
In the second photo, from McCall’s most recent scan, showed the tumour had completely vanished.
The pair thanked friends, family and fans for their support throughout the ordeal.
In a written message accompanying the video, McCall repeated her heartfelt thanks.
“Thanks so so much to everyone at @onewelbeck and @clevelandclinic,” she began.
“To my mum and @mdlondon for taking such good care of me . To Sarah for being my BFF to my amazing kids. To @brain.surgeon.uk for being the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time).
“I am so so grateful particularly because I know a lot of people have inoperable tumours and I know I’m lucky to be able to draw a line under this and move on with my life when so many people can’t.
“And I’m just gonna say this one more time. Benign does not mean fine,” she concluded.
McCall underwent surgery in November 2024 to remove a benign brain tumour known as a colloid cyst.
The 14mm tumour was discovered by chance when she was offered a health check-up as part of her menopause advocacy work.
A colloid cyst is a rare, non-cancerous tumour filled with a thick gel-like substance, affecting just three in a million people.
The presenter endured a six-hour operation on November 15 to remove the growth from her brain.
Following the procedure, McCall spent three days in intensive care before remaining at London's Cleveland Clinic for a further five days.
Had the cyst remained untreated, McCall faced serious risks including being "unable to retain a short-term memory beyond five minutes". There was also a one percent chance of her dying suddenly without warning.
