Sir David Jason fans are set to be left disappointed soon following the decision by the BBC to remove an upcoming episode of David & Jay's Touring Toolshed from its regular slot.
The new BBC series premiered on BBC Two on Monday, January 22 and has aired every weeknight at 6:30pm.
Each half-hour-long episode sees Jason and The Repair Shop fan-favourite Jay Blades head to a different part of the country to meet like-minded tinkerers and hobbyists.
Blades and Jason share their own experiences crafting and restoring while hearing from experts and guests about their own methods.
The series has provided many a funny moment so far, including a brilliant skit where Blades pretended to storm off after a ribbing from Jason.
But fans of the pair's chemistry will have to find something else to do on Wednesday, February 7 as a new episode will not air on BBC Two.

Instead, the BBC has revealed it will be showing the first of two semi-finals from the ongoing football tournament, the African Cup of Nations.
Coverage of the match will begin at 4:30pm and run all the way to 7pm - meaning there's no room for Jason and Blades in the schedule.
At the moment, it isn't known which two nations will compete in the first semi-final but it will either be quarter-finalists Nigeria or Angola against Cape Verde or South Africa.
Meanwhile, the BBC duo's Touring Toolshed will return the following evening and the Beeb has confirmed how it will make up for the pulled episode.

The finale of the series will air on Saturday, February 10 instead of its initially predicted Friday slot, airing at 5:50pm.
Or if fans can't wait, all episodes can be streamed on BBC iPlayer.
Speaking about the show, both men have clearly enjoyed the project as Jason and Blades had nothing but kind words about working with one another.
In fact, Jason has already expressed his desire to see Touring Toolshed continue for a number of seasons.

But despite a return to screens and proving he's still a huge hit with viewers, Jason has addressed the possibility of revisiting his iconic Del Boy character in a new Only Fools reboot.
He recently told Radio Times: "I’ve had offers over the years, but without John Sullivan [creator who died in 2011] it just wouldn’t work.
"He was a magician and could whip up humour out of virtually nothing – that was his genius. Without him, I don’t see it working, sadly."
The BBC is yet to confirm if Touring Toolshed will be returning for a second run.
