The Beckham siblings are reportedly at loggerheads over Romeo's new girlfriend

Cruz Beckham appears to have stepped in to clear up rumours of a feud between his older brothers Brooklyn and Romeo Beckham.

The 20-year-old directly addressed speculation that Brooklyn, 26, and Romeo, 22, had fallen out over the latter's relationship with model Kim Turnbull.

After noticing a critical comment on Romeo's social media post suggesting it was inappropriate to "date your brother's ex", Cruz was quick to set the record straight.

"Brooklyn and Kim never dated," Cruz clarified in response to the comment, according to Hello!, seemingly contradicting reports that had fuelled rumours of tension between the brothers.

The clarification comes amid growing speculation about a rift in the Beckham family.

Romeo and Kim made their relationship public in November last year, following Romeo's split from Mia Regan in February 2024.

The couple were first linked when they attended F1 driver Lando Norris's birthday celebrations.

They later confirmed their romance during a low-key date night at London's Chiltern Firehouse.

Since then, the pair have been open about their affection for one another on social media.

On Valentine's Day, Romeo even declared his love for Kim in a romantic Instagram tribute.

Their relationship appears to be going from strength to strength, despite the swirling rumours about family tensions.

Reports from TMZ on April 3 suggested the brothers were no longer speaking after Brooklyn allegedly voiced concerns about Kim's motives in the relationship with Romeo.

The speculation intensified when Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz-Beckham were noticeably absent from David Beckham's early 50th birthday celebration in Miami.

TMZ had claimed the couple skipped the event because of Kim.

Romeo further fuelled rumours by posting family photos on Instagram with the caption "Family is everything", whilst excluding Brooklyn and Nicola.

He tagged other family members but made no mention of his older brother or sister-in-law.

This wasn't the first family event the couple had missed, as they were also absent from Victoria's Paris Fashion Week runway show.

However, one possible explanation for the couple's absence from family events could be down to the fact they are thought to be living in Los Angeles, approximately a five-hour flight from Miami.

The Beckham brothers have traditionally maintained close relationships throughout their lives, with all four of David and Victoria's children - Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper - typically presenting a united front.

Neither Brooklyn nor Romeo has publicly addressed the reported rift directly.

Despite the rumoured tensions, the family appears to be moving forward with celebrations for David's milestone 50th birthday.

The star-studded early celebration at Cipriani's Socialista lounge in Miami attracted numerous celebrities including Lionel Messi, Eva Longoria and Tom Brady.

Nicola previously addressed rumours of family tension in The Sunday Times, stating: "No family is perfect," while denying any feud existed.
