The former Love Island star has been accused of playing a game due to his close relationship with JoJo Siwa

Celebrity Big Brother star Chris Hughes will not take home the win tonight, according to his pal Jake Quickenden and has blamed it on the “campaign” against him.

When Hughes first entered the house, many thought he and Ella Wise would hit it off and be the drama of the series.

However, as the days went by, it was soon noticeable how close Hughes and JoJo Siwa were getting, leaving many fans to claim there was more than just a friendship there.

On multiple occasions, Hughes has been slammed for “crossing the line” with the 21-year-old American singer.

During last night’s episode, the housemates won letters from home and left Hughes emotional when hearing from his mum.

Within the letter, she referenced his “lovely” friendship with Siwa, leaving him to note to the Diary Room: “It is just reassurance you know, it’s nice to know that they’re there watching.

“Which we know they are, but you get consumed a lot in the Big Brother house. So just hearing her words without her voice is special.”

Later, Danny Beard, Donna Preston, Chesney Hawkes and Jack P. Shepherd were in the kitchen discussing Hughes and Siwa’s relationship.

Beard noted: “I think they have a lovely friendship, but if my boyfriend saw me with anyone of any gender like that, they would have words.”

With the final just hours away, bookmakers OLBG have priced Hughes’ chance at winning the series at just 33/1, with Siwa sitting at 14/1.

Hughes’ friend and former co-star recently spoke with GB News on behalf of WhichBingo – the home of Bingo Sites – and gave his verdict on who would win.

When asked if Hughes stood a chance, he laughed and quipped: “Nah. I’d like to see him win it, but I don’t think he will.

“There is a bit of a campaign of people, they either really like him or think he has played a game, so I don’t think he will win.

“I’d like to see him survive, but I also think the final six that are left in are really great, and if I had to pick a winner, I would say Donna or Danny would win it.

“Jack in third. I think it will be Donna, Danny, Jack, JoJo, Chris, and Chesney. I have worked with Donna, and she is great.

“She is exactly like how she is in real life, she is sarcastic, very funny and a great person. I think...

“Well Danny might win it actually. Danny or Donna.

"But Danny has been good in there, he has said before he is a Big Brother superfan, so he would love to win it I think.”
