Strictly Come Dancing winner and former Coronation Street star Ellie Leach was forced to address a nasty comment which was shared to her by a social media user.
The actress, 23, hit back with a witty comeback when a cruel troll told her she looked "pregnant" in a glamorous holiday snap.
Leach, best known for playing Faye Windass in the ITV soap, has recently shared a series of photos taken from a sunny holiday spot in Tenerife.
Under one of the pictures, someone left a nasty remark as they felt the need to share: "You look pregnant! Ru!" (sic)
Seemingly unphased by the cruel remark, the actress seemed to laugh it off as she shared a screenshot of the comment to her Instagram Stories.
She retorted: "That's what 2 weeks of ham and cheese toasties on the balcony do to you babes," along with a heart emoji, reports OK!.
However, Leach was soon inundated with complimentary comments from the rest of her followers as many praised her getaway style.
"Simply beautiful xx," one enthused while a second person added: "That’s a beautiful dress, where is it from?"
"Looking gorgeous sweetheart" said a third as another agreed: "Gorge ellll."
"Stunning El," another wrote. Someone else penned: "What a vision". (sic)
Leach left the cobbles of Coronation Street in April 2023 after a 12-year stint as Faye.

It didn't take long for her to find a new focus though and she went on to star in last year's BBC Strictly Come Dancing.
Alongside Vito Coppola, Leach danced her way to victory and won the series.
After being crowned winners last year, the two were clearly emotional and surprised. "I actually, genuinely cannot believe this."
A sobbing Coppola could only respond: "Don't talk to me." Leach pointed out: "This is the first time I have seen him cry, for once you're crying more than me so this is for you, this is for you."

Thankfully, Leach appears to have had a positive experience on the show despite the series sparking a huge BBC probe.
Following complaints made by Amanda Abbington, who left the show early last year, an investigation has since led to professional dancers Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima leaving the show.
