Wynne Evans is preparing for his second Strictly Come Dancing performance
Strictly Come Dancing is gearing up for its second week of series 20, and one couple looking forward to returning to the dancefloor is Katya Jones and Wynne Evans.
The pair appeared on Thursday's Strictly spin-off show, It Takes Two. Chatting to former professional dancer Janette Manrara, Jones, 35, admitted she'd had to get tough with opera singer Evans during training.
The pair managed to come fifth in the week one leaderboard with a promising score of 26 for their Samba.
Famously hard-to-impress judge Craig Revel Horwood even said the routine "put a smile on my face" as he thanked the duo for their entertaining performance.
It Takes Two host Manrara was quick to pick up on the fun the pair seemed to be having and remarked: "This partnership! You two have so much fun together."
She went on to ask the two if they were enjoying being together, which led seasoned professional Jones to make a candid admission.

"I would say the six-pack or even eight-pack is coming on - I am laughing so much," she began.
However, she explained she's had to remind Evans that they needed to focus on perfecting their dance routines during rehearsals.
"During the samba training I had to tell him off for making me laugh too hard," she told Manrara.
"Not for his technique or anything - because I couldn't get him to dance. I was like, 'stop it!'"

Thankfully, the samba went down well with the judges, who applauded Evans on a promising first dance.
Anton Du Beke remarked: "I think everybody realises I basically hate the samba, I think it's a stupid dance, but not when it's danced like that.
"I love the samba. I think it's great, just joyous - thank you very much."
"I am going to echo that sentiment," Revel Horwood agreed. "It actually did put a smile on my face, so thank you for that tonight."

However, he quickly added: "I shall now pass onto Motsi [Mabuse] and not say anything else, I'm keeping it bright."
"You did not miss a beat," Mabuse commented. She went on to add: "I love the connection between you two. The entertainment combined with the technique was really entertaining."
Shirley Ballas beamed: "It's been a spectacular evening and you closing the evening has made our day."
